| Who's playing? 50 hours in now, can confidently say it's the best game I've ever played, at least the best RPG. | |

| a couple of hours into the game, everything seems to 'fit' so nicely. The way you can just troll around and find some new location or something is awesome. | |

| finnished it in 10-15h max... in one breath... game is meh, the 1st 10-15mins gets u in to that "this will be epic" mood, with the dragon attacking and everything, but after like 2h of playing, dungeon crawling, if u can call it that, im 3 shoting everything thats my size, it gets repetitive and a bit boring... than, after oblivion i didnt expect much so im satisfied with how it turned out in the end... lvl 26 2h sword wielding lunatic nord doing sidequests to complete deadric armor if possible and well, see if there is something else besides killing dragons that can be entertaining. Alduin was easy as fk... battle with 3 dragons and dragon priest b4 that was way harder and more interesting, that was the thing that killed it for me, and it was the end of the game lol.
Morrowind set the standards for TES just too high, and is just miles ahead in every single aspect of the game except graphics, but thats subjective thinking from my side so ill leave it at that.

| I have to strongly disagree with that. I played for 60 hours before I finished the main storyline, there's like 15 hours of awesome storyline equal to the main dragon one for Stormcloaks/imperials, Thieves Guild/Nightingale, Companions, College of Winterhold.
If you play a Bethesda game to do the main storyline, ur doin it wrong because that's like 15% of the game content.
I enjoyed Thieves Guild storyline more than the Dragon one, also joining the Stormcloaks was awesome you have huge castle sieges over forts and cities in the game...The battle for Whiterun was awesome.
My first char was Axe + Shield with light armor viking style, after 60h I made a rogue style char for daggers + bow that I'm playing now for thieves guild, after that I'll make a mage for the college.

| tank build ftw: lvl 44, 800+ armor rating, 230 single handed sword damage + paralize on the weapon, some magic resitances on armor/jewels plus spelldrinker shield - becomes kinda easy :p
huge improvement of the game compared to oblivion though, random exploring is MUCH more entertaining and some locations are simply awesome. great game all in all.

| There's a perk for 15x damage when doing a power attack in stealth with daggers, plus 50% dual wield power attack bonus, you can 1 shot a dragon if you can sneak up on it. | |

| I go for brute force lol but it's true, in most RPGs, well played rogue class is by far the best | |

| I cant wait for the mods to start coming in, in Fallout NV there's an awesome sort of tower defence mod, where u have to build your own obstacles out of materials in the game, buy some NPCs as 'towers' and then survive waves of mobs trying to attack your base, after each wave you can loot them and recycle their gear to buy more obstacles and better weapons...
Skyrim already has some kickass forts, and traps like dropping boulders, oil and lighting it on fire, swinging logs, etc... I can't wait for a mod like that to come out.

| If i can finish the game being sub 15th lvl than the game is meant to be finished as that, side quests r just that, side quests... im doing them atm because the games MAIN quest fails to DELIVER ( Alduin is like a fly u squish in mere mins because u have the help from 3 other idiots, u can even leave them to kill it ). But im finding my self, again, arguing with u, and u my friend is the most hyped person ive seen that set foot on these forums ( want me to start about AION and all the other THIS GONNA BE AWESOME games u wrote here about? ). EOD. | |
